01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the bek3 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and bek3 (the "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Access to the bek3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously barred from using the Platform by the Company.
• You must be acting as a private individual, not on behalf of a business or third party.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bek3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify bek3 support immediately via email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
• bek3 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions until the required documentation is received and reviewed by our compliance team.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bek3 supports a range of locally convenient payment methods suited to Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — accepted for instant deposits; withdrawal availability depends on method and account verification status.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Standard minimum is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC verification and fraud screening. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all processing windows.
• bek3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bek3 periodically offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in each promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing bonus codes for commercial gain is prohibited.
• bek3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is detected.

Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only. bek3 may restrict or exclude users from specific promotions if their wagering patterns suggest professional gambling strategies designed to guarantee profit.

06 Responsible Gaming

bek3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain healthy boundaries. Players are encouraged to use these features proactively.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time by contacting support.
• Time-out: a temporary suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be requested; during this period the account will be inaccessible for betting.
• Self-exclusion: users who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion directly from bek3 support.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bek3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another individual (including minors).
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security.
• Colluding with other players or Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bek3 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and compilation of data — is the exclusive property of bek3 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of bek3.

By submitting any user-generated content to the Platform (such as reviews, chat messages, or feedback), you grant bek3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bek3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from interruptions to the Platform service.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game result, payout calculation, or promotional material published on the Platform.
• Losses incurred due to your reliance on information or content available on or linked from the Platform.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bek3 handles all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process your personal information solely to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your data. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

bek3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 07.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the user's account.

12 Changes to These Terms

bek3 may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
